We do not offer refund or return once our listed products are sold. This is one way for us to maintain and ensure all our valued customers receive your products in 100% brand new original heat shrink wrap condition. As such, there can never be a situation whereby the products you received are from exchanges or returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is found to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We have maintained a strict policy of no returns or exchanges and will not make any exception to this policy. Please consider carefully before making any purchases with us. This is especially so because certain types of items also cannot be returned, like perishable goods and processed food (such as food, edible Himalayan pink salt, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items, discounted items, special discounted items or gift cards.
Due to the natural state of the Himalayan salt lamps, request for exchanges is strictly not allowed and we will not entertain such request.
Himalayan salt lamps are in no way possible to be covered under any warranty due to their natural condition.
However, do contact us if you are facing issues with the 3rd party dimmer control switch as part of our after-sales service. Rest assured, we will do our best to assist you if necessary.
